Making TK6000 Account Changes
If you have a Tk6000 on a lifetime plan you do not have access to the Connect Portal that DUO users have. The following changes can still be made via our Support team:
TK6000 Talk Plan
LIFETIME PLAN TK6000 The lifetime works as long as the device is working. If the device breaks then the plan will also be lost. The lifetime plan only qualifies for TK6000. If your Tk6000 breaks you may upgrade to a DUO which will give you access to the new DUO features, however the plan would be changed to an annual Basic Plan.
Please know that our netTALK "CONNECT" access is only for the customers paying the yearly premium. Advisory: Support for the TK line has ended - the service is based on the lifetime of the device. There are no more security updates or tech support available. It is important to migrate to our new platform and device (DUO) based on a yearly cycle to benefit from all the new features available in the CONNECT portal. Thanks, netTALK Team
