3 Way Calling
The Star Code *46 merges two parties on the same call to create a 3 way call. This is how it works: Call person 1 and wait until they answer, then hit the flash button and dial person 2, and wait until they answer. Then dial *46 to merge both parties together.
Conference Calling Bridge
Please dial this number 1-409-202-2220 or 512-688-8333. Follow the instructions to set up conference with your participants. You will need to create a conference room Pin#. Then share the conference Pin# with the team. +When participants call, they must dial the number above and the conference Pin# to join the conversation in the conference room/call.

Incoming Call Caller ID
We provide Caller ID number (primary phone number associated to the account) but CNAM (Account holder's name) is not supported at this time. You can save the Caller ID Name to your phone's Address Book to see the caller ID name on incoming calls.
Outgoing Call - Block your Caller ID
When placing a call from your DUO, dial *67 and immediately followed by the phone number you want to reach to block your Caller ID number from being shown. For example: *67 212 867 5309
How to get a Secondary Number
Login to your account at http://www.nettalkconnect.com/login Select the device you wish to add the phone number too and select "Manage". Once on the selected device visit the "Phone Numbers" tab. From the Phone Numbers tab, you will have the option to "+ Add a Phone Number" Add Number This will allow you to select a new number in the US or Canada. The pricing for the phone number will vary
Latency / Echo Test - dial *123
Please dial *123 from your DUO to perform an echo test. Nobody will answer, so just speak into your phone, and you will hear an echo of what you said. Great for testing call quality of your home network to the netTALK system. What this does is send your voice through your network to our servers and back (round trip) The more immediate the echo, the better.
