Adding TALK Credit
Please log in to your netTALK account www.nettalkconnect.com Enter your correct Username and Password. On the Account Manager portal, Click on the ADD TALK CREDITS on the DEVICE that you would like to put more talk credits on. Add it on your CART and Checkout to pay for it and go.
Spam Call Filter - RoboAgent
We are committed to protecting you from unwanted calls and giving you more control over the calls you receive. Incoming calls that are from known telemarketers, spammers and robocallers are displayed on your Caller ID as the percentage probability of being spam. Anything over 50% is more than likely going to be a potentially unwanted call. 3 Way Calling
The Star Code *46 merges two parties on the same call to create a 3 way call. This is how it works: Call person 1 and wait until they answer, then hit the flash button and dial person 2, and wait until they answer. Then dial *46 to merge both parties together.

Click "Call Blocking" Go to the Block the Caller ID and then choose what is applicable: Use this form to block a Caller ID such as UNKNOWN or ANONYMOUS. Select a caller ID ANONYMOUS PRIVATE UNAVAILABLE UNKNOWN OUT OF AREA RESTRICTED And then finally: Click the green bar saying Add to blacklist.
Incoming Call Caller ID
We provide Caller ID number (primary phone number associated to the account) but CNAM (Account holder's name) is not supported at this time. You can save the Caller ID Name to your phone's Address Book to see the caller ID name on incoming calls.
Outgoing Call - Block your Caller ID
When placing a call from your DUO, dial *67 and immediately followed by the phone number you want to reach to block your Caller ID number from being shown. For example: *67 212 867 5309
How to get a Secondary Number
Login to your account at http://www.nettalkconnect.com/login Select the device you wish to add the phone number too and select "Manage". Once on the selected device visit the "Phone Numbers" tab. From the Phone Numbers tab, you will have the option to "+ Add a Phone Number" Add Number This will allow you to select a new number in the US or Canada. The pricing for the phone number will vary
DUO Windows Driver
Driver support for the latest version of Windows has not been a priority as the majority of our customers connect their DUO to their router (via ethernet or WiFI with the DUO WiFi) and download our mobile apps to use their service plan while on-the-go. Latency / Echo Test - dial *123
Please dial *123 from your DUO to perform an echo test. Nobody will answer, so just speak into your phone, and you will hear an echo of what you said. Great for testing call quality of your home network to the netTALK system.
