As you may know, the original DUO portal is no longer accessible. We have since upgraded to the new CONNECT portal. To update your original credit card information to manage your original DUO auto-renew, please follow these instructions below.
Please below find the instructions to update the card:
-Log into the connect account: www.nettalkconnect.com
-Click on Manage (Select the DUO device to be charged with Auto-Renew)
-On the left menu please click on More Options (A new page will be opened)
-Select Service Plans on the left menu
-Then click on Manage Auto-Renew
-Update the credit card information and save the changes.
AutoPay will attempt to process your renewal just prior to your expiration date.
